Domestic and International Shipping:

Postage & Handling:
Postage and handling is a flat rate fee of $10 within Australia for orders below $75, and $20 for international orders below $150.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 AUD within Australia and FREE shipping on orders above $150 AUD for international orders.

Processing Time

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for orders to be dispatched. Delivery takes an additional 1-3 days, depending on where you live. Please note all delivery times are estimates and unfortunately, we cannot take liability if the package arrives to you outside of these time frames.

For all orders bought off our website we take pride in how we package our pieces for delivery. If there are any issues, with items broken please notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

International Shipping:

International delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks
All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars (AUD).
Delivery times are an estimate only and the label will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Tracking Number:

Polki and Pearl uses Australia Post to deliver your orders and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
